Grants & Funding

Empowering prayer, education, and outreach for the holy souls.

Fueling Souls, Building Hope

Empowering mercy through prayer, education, and action, the Prayer Warriors of the Holy Souls (PWHS) channels God’s grace to liberate souls in purgatory and inspire holiness among the living. Through Spiritual Grants, we fund Masses, 40-hour vigils, and prayer materials that unite the global faithful in intercession. Educational Aid fuels workshops, publications, and the St. Louis de Montfort Academy, igniting understanding of purgatory and Catholic traditions. Community Support empowers chapters to organize transformative events like the March of Saints and pilgrimages, while Partnerships with dioceses, NGOs, and schools amplify our reach. Every contribution—tax-deductible (PCNC/BIR-certified) and transparent—becomes a beacon of hope, bridging heaven and earth. ‘Almsgiving delivers from death and purges away every sin.’ — Tobit 12:9

    Answers to Common Questions

PWHS exists to pray for the liberation of holy souls in purgatory, educate the faithful about avoiding purgatory through holiness, and organize spiritual works of mercy (e.g., Masses, vigils, pilgrimages).

Membership is open to all Catholics! Attend our monthly Masses of Remembrance, join a local chapter, or sign up via our website. No formal fees—only a commitment to pray for the holy souls.

This is a Christ-centered alternative to Halloween where children dress as saints and parade in parishes. It emphasizes the triumph of holiness over secularized celebrations of death.

Funds support Mass stipends, educational materials, event logistics, and grants for chapters. As a PCNC/BIR-certified donee institution, donations are tax-deductible and audited for transparency.

While PWHS collaborates primarily with Catholic entities (dioceses, schools, NGOs), we welcome partnerships with groups that respect our mission and Catholic teachings.

“Prayer for the dead is the holiest act of charity, for it seeks nothing in return.”
    — St. Thomas Aquinas
